Under Contract in Lone Tree
I’m excited to share that my buyers are under contract on 10492 Rivington Court in Lone Tree.
They took their time, stayed patient, and waited for the right home rather than forcing a decision. When this property came along, we were able to structure an agreement that worked well for both sides.
The sellers needed additional time before moving, while my buyers had the flexibility to accommodate that timeline. We built the contract around those needs, protected the transaction, and still negotiated favorable terms for my buyers.
This is a good example of why the best deal is not always about pushing one side as hard as possible. Sometimes the strongest outcome comes from understanding what each party needs and structuring the agreement around it.
