Real estate has been part of Scott’s life since childhood. He grew up in rural Montana, where his father was a real estate agent and four of his seven siblings followed into the business. That small-town upbringing shaped his work ethic and his approach to people: direct, grounded, and built on doing right by the client, every time.
Today, Scott’s business runs largely on repeat clients and referrals. He’s known as a strategic negotiator and clear-eyed market advisor for clients who want more than a transaction. They want the best outcome. His approach is straightforward. Before going full time in real estate, Scott spent more than two decades in information technology, with roles at Ernst & Young, Lockheed Martin, and OppenheimerFunds. The work took him around the world, including extended time in England, Sweden, New York and Antarctica. That experience still shapes how he works today: structured, data-driven, and attentive to the details that actually impact outcomes.
